Cintia Nicole Correia, known only as Cintia, is an 18-year-old young composer and performer born and raised in Apelação, Loures.
It was in 2017, at the age of 16, that she got an interest in music. It all started by being challenged by a friend to enter the studio and create a new theme. From there, the music’s spark began to grow in herself and it never stopped.
Influenced from a very early age by names such as Supreme Force and J Hus, the artist has been thriving in the Afro Swing genre.
Despite still having a short career, with only 3 singles, Cintia has more than 50,000 followers on Instagram, 30,000 listeners on Soundcloud, 30,000 listeners on Spotify and more than 10,000 subscribers on Youtube. Her single “Grana” has reached over 1 million views on YouTube.
This young promise will continue to bring a new sound to Portuguese music in 2023 with new themes and several concerts already scheduled.
